Hazina Accelerator is a flagship initiative of Hazina Group Foundation that seeks to identify and support startup entrepreneurs gain relevant skills to start and/or grow their businesses, get mentorship support, as well as access seed funding so as to succeed in today’s competitive business landscape.

The program is designed for young men and women with potential to start and grow sustainable businesses. It is therefore open to any individual who has a business idea and is looking to transform it to a viable business.

No. You can apply with just an idea. However, if your idea is selected for grant funding, you may be required to register your business to access funding and market linkages.

Selected entrepreneurs will benefit from targeted business training, mentorship from industry experts and experienced entrepreneurs, grant funding for top-performing entrepreneurs, linkages to markets and funding opportunities, and a platform to showcase your business idea to partners and funders.

Entrepreneurs will be evaluated based on innovativeness of their idea, feasibility and sustainability, mmarket potential and scalability, commitment and effort during the accelerator program.

The program offers grant funding to the best entrepreneurs. The exact amount will depend on the availability of funds and the stage of your business idea. Grants are not loans and do not need to be repaid.

We welcome innovative ideas from all sectors of the economy, special consideration shall however be given to high impact areas such as; water and sanitation, agribusiness, blue economy, green & clean energy, technology & digital solutions, and any other socially impactful enterprises.
